Over the past decade, I have managed diverse projects across academic institutions and civil society organizations, each demanding a unique blend of strategic planning, field-level coordination, stakeholder engagement, and resource management. My work spans international research collaborations, national advocacy programs, and grassroots development initiatives.
Whether working with migrant worker collectives, sanitation researchers, or municipal authorities, I have consistently brought an adaptive, systems-aware approach to project delivery, especially under rapidly changing conditions such as the COVID-19 pandemic. Below is a summary of my key project management roles, organized chronologically.
